This product has been engineered and crafted with great care for your satisfaction. WWT Group, Inc. warrants WWT-2109 Nocord SummerSeat 12-Volt Ventilated Seat Cooler against defects in materials or workmanship and will repair or replace this product, as its option, free of charge for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized attempts to repair this product. This warranty also does not apply if this product has been damaged by causes beyond the control of WWT Group, Inc., including but not limited to accidents, fire, flood or acts of God. This warranty applies only to the original purchase of this product.

To obtain service under this warranty, return the product by mail (postage prepaid and insured) to WWT Group, Inc. at the address: P.O. Box 12339, Richmond, VA 23241 USA Include your receipt, proof of date of original purchase and UPC code with a brief description of the problem, along with your name and address.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. WWT GROUP, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH ARE LIMITED TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
